Drift into the sacred sounds of the gong and experience deep healing during your cosmic sleep. A Gong Puja honours and allows space for our being’s ability to heal – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The Gong Puja promotes a deep sense of peace, strengthens the nervous system, balances the chakras and increases energy and vitality.

A Gong Puja is a sacred all-night sound meditation originally brought forth by Yogi Bhajan and Don Conreaux, consisting of 10 consecutive gong sessions over the course of 7.5 hours. Unlike a traditional 45–60 minute gong bath, this extended overnight immersion allows for profound energetic clearing and recalibration. As you rest or sleep, your body will be bathed in the low-level, continuous sound waves of multiple gongs. This can lead to lucid dreaming, deep rest, or inner visions—all while bypassing the conscious mind and working directly with your energy body.
Immersed in the sound of the gong and in the subtle ethers of the sound bath, our Innate Intelligence has the ability to restore, repair and rejuvenate as the cosmic ocean of vibrations wash over us; cleansing, unblocking and freeing us.
