DEEPENED OUR COMPASSION
"My partner and I decided to ‘try’ a sound healing session at a local yoga studio a couple of years ago. The rejuvenation and calm we felt after the 50 minutes was remarkable. So we started to come each week. We’ve since done much longer sessions, with a variety of sound techniques including an overnight session where gongs, bowls and chimes bathed us in sound all night.
